July 11, 2025 | Messianic World Update | Netanyahu Meets Trump, IDF Pressure on Hamas, Iran Shadow Fleet Exposed

Shalom, everyone, I'm Monte Judah with Lion and Lamb Ministries, bringing you the latest Messianic World Update. Today’s date is July 11, 2025.

This week was nothing short of historic, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the United States for a series of crucial meetings. His journey began Monday with an intense two-day summit with President Donald Trump at the White House—an interaction that was notably closed to the press, indicating serious and strategic discussions behind the scenes.

Netanyahu continued on to meet with Congressional leaders and was hosted at the Pentagon by U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. In a notable moment of honor, he paid tribute to General Michael Kurilla, CENTCOM commander, who played a key role in what is now referred to as the “12-Day War” against Iran. Israel’s remarkable achievement of air superiority over Iran in just 48 hours is being called a modern-day miracle—an event not lost on the world, nor on the enemies of Israel. Where Russia has faltered in years of warfare, Israel succeeded in two days. That speaks volumes.

The operation, known as “Rising Lion,” became emblematic of a new era of joint U.S.-Israeli military cooperation. Many are describing it as two lions rising and roaring in unity—Israel and America standing against tyranny and aggression in the Middle East. This has transformed the regional landscape. Peace initiatives are now popping up across the region, reviving the Abraham Accords and drawing new interest from previously hesitant nations.

Ceasefire in Gaza and the Hostage Deal

PM Netanyahu and President Trump focused much of their conversation on a potential Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal. While an agreement has not yet been finalized, ongoing negotiations aim to secure the release of ten living hostages and the return of eighteen fallen, in a series of five staggered releases over 60 days. The strategy is clear: avoid celebratory optics by Hamas and keep pressure on throughout the period.

However, Hamas is demanding that the IDF pull back to prior ceasefire lines—a demand Israel refuses. Israel is standing firm: no more Hamas. They are committed to seeing every operative rooted out, and they are positioning themselves to strike again if all hostages are not returned. This is not a temporary truce. It is a war for Israel’s future.

Iran’s Shadow Network and Sanctions

Behind the scenes, Iran has been circumventing sanctions through a covert “shadow bank” and a “shadow fleet” of ships. These entities, operating outside normal Iranian systems, have allowed Iran to continue oil sales and raise funds to support its regional proxies. The U.S. has now uncovered this network and is moving swiftly to sanction and disable it.

The goal of negotiations with Iran remains denuclearization and regional peace. But let’s be honest: regime change would be the only real solution. Iran has proven time and again that it cannot be trusted to uphold peace or honor. The game of endless negotiations must come to an end. Israel and the U.S. must draw a bold line in the sand and back it with action.

IDF Operations and Precision Strikes

The IDF has maintained pressure on Hamas and Hezbollah. This week saw the successful targeting of operatives hiding in humanitarian zones, where Hamas was using civilians as cover. Israel, using advanced drone tracking, eliminated key targets without harming innocent civilians. No one is beyond Israel’s reach.

High-value targets in Lebanon were also eliminated, including key Hamas and Hezbollah leaders. Interestingly, Lebanon's own government is now expressing a desire to see Hezbollah disarmed—a potential shift that could realign regional dynamics further in favor of peace and sovereignty.

Time for Strategic Sovereignty

In light of recent developments, Israeli leaders are calling for bold, out-of-the-box thinking. It is time to assert sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and East Jerusalem. Israel must also take its rightful place on the Temple Mount. This is not only a political act—it is a prophetic one. The Temple Mount is the crown jewel of Israel. We must prepare now for the greater conflict still to come—one that Scripture clearly warns us about in the end of days.

Haredi Draft and Social Unity

Another major domestic shift: the ultra-Orthodox Haredi community is now being drafted into the IDF. The legal exemption has expired, and 54,000 Haredi students are now slated for military service. The religious parties failed to pass new legislation exempting them, and public support for equal service is overwhelming. The Attorney General is even preparing to pursue evaders. Israel is uniting not just in policy but in shared national responsibility.

The Rising Tide of Antisemitism

Antisemitism is once again rising rapidly, especially in the United States. As the new school year approaches, we expect an increase in anti-Jewish and anti-Israel sentiment on campuses and in public discourse. Tragically, many liberal state governments are refusing to speak out against it. The silence is deafening, and the hatred is spreading.

A Call to Spiritual Readiness

What must we do in the face of these overwhelming global developments? Prepare—spiritually. We must ask ourselves: who are we, and in whom do we believe? I am Israel. I believe in the God of Israel, the King of Israel—Yeshua the Messiah. As believers in Messiah, we are all part of Abraham’s family. The attack on Israel is also an attack on us.

Now is the time to pray, prepare, and proclaim. The days ahead will require courage and clarity of faith.
