August 1, 2025 | Messianic World Update | Push for Palestinian State, Hamas Exposed, Gaza Annexation

Shalom, everyone. I’m Monte Judah with Lion and Lamb Ministries, bringing you the latest Messianic World Update. Today’s date is Friday, August 1st, 2025.

This week has seen a dramatic escalation in rhetoric, media bias, and international positioning as more nations—including France, the UK, Canada, and Australia—are pushing to unilaterally declare Palestinian statehood as soon as September. These declarations are meant to “punish” Israel over the war in Gaza, blaming Israel for humanitarian failures and even accusing it of genocide—all while Hamas continues to hold hostages and exploit aid.

Let me be clear: There is no legitimate government of “Palestine,” and no sovereign Palestinian state exists. These international actions are not about peace—they’re about political theater and rewarding terror. It is deeply concerning when Western powers elevate propaganda over truth.

Meanwhile, the Arab League—ironically—took a rare, honest stance this week. For the first time, they condemned Hamas for the October 7th attack and demanded their disarmament. You would expect Western nations to follow suit. But instead, they press ahead with appeasement policies and turn a blind eye to Hamas’ war crimes and lies.

Let us not forget how this all began: with Hamas’ brutal invasion of Israel in October, 2023—an unprovoked massacre, slaughtering 1,200 Israeli civilians and taking hundreds hostage. Israel responded with justified defense operations. Despite global criticism, Israel has taken every measure to protect civilians, issuing warnings before strikes and attempting hostage negotiations in good faith.

Still, the media spreads falsehoods. Images of starving children circulated in American and international outlets were proven to be faked. The New York Times and CNN have since admitted they were duped by Hamas’ propaganda machine. Even President Trump was briefly misled by this campaign.

When it comes to aid, Israel has delivered shipments into Gaza. It’s the U.N. that has failed in distribution—often because Hamas steals and resells the aid. Yet Israel continues to be blamed for the chaos Hamas creates.

On another front, we are now seeing serious moves toward annexation of Judea and Samaria. The Knesset has already passed a non-binding resolution, and now leaders are openly discussing annexing parts of Gaza, especially the north. There’s growing consensus in Israel that Gaza must no longer be left to terrorists. Sovereignty may be the only answer.

As for Iran, following its failed missile attack, Israel and the U.S. launched massive airstrikes, taking out key nuclear infrastructure and defense systems. Iran has since backed down—at least for now. But tensions remain, and the U.S. and Iran are set to enter nuclear negotiations in two weeks. Trump was blunt: if Iran resumes building a bomb, “we’ll bomb them again.” No ambiguity there.

All these developments reveal a world spiraling further into chaos—political deception, wars and rumors of wars, and moral confusion. As Yeshua foretold, these are the “beginning of sorrows,” not the Great Tribulation yet, but the road that leads to it and is fast approaching.

Stay informed. Stay in prayer. Keep your eyes on Israel, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. These are the epicenters of biblical prophecy.
