Shalom, everyone, I’m Monte Judah with Lion and Lamb Ministries, bringing you the latest Messianic World Update. Today’s date is Friday, September 12, 2025.
This week’s news is sobering and deeply prophetic in light of Scripture. First, the 24th anniversary of 9/11 was marked with many services and recognition ceremonies around the country. Second, the shocking report about Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA being assassinated in Utah this past Wednesday. This tragedy not only shakes the conservative movement in America but raises serious concerns about political violence and instability in our nation. As believers, we know these times were foretold — when lawlessness would increase and truth would be attacked.
In the Middle East, the conflict continues to escalate. Israel has carried out strikes against Hamas leaders in Doha, Qatar, while the IDF is continuing with a full-scale assault on Gaza City. Part of that assault is taking down the highrise buildings in Gaza City, which are known centers and hideouts for Hamas terrorists. Three have come down so far, with more to go. The IDF also sent out communications across Gaza, in Arabic, to inform the Palestinians that they must move south, away from the city, as it would be too dangerous for them to remain in place.
Meanwhile, the United Nations General Assembly is preparing to recognize a Palestinian state this month. This is a serious prophetic development. At least 22 nations have agreed to recognize a Palestinian state; however, there still has been no mention of borders, a governing body, or some kind of governing document. We will watch and pray over this disturbing situation.
Additionally, there is fresh news on the red heifer issue coming out of Israel. For those who have been watching this closely, this is a reminder that prophecy is unfolding before our eyes. In an unconfirmed report, by a trusted source, it has been reported that after the five red heifers were officially disqualified, the priests who have been in training for some time asked if they could use one of the disqualified heifers to practice the sacrifice. Permission was granted, the heifer was sacrificed according to Rabbinic Law, and that was supposed to be that. However, this unconfirmed report states that the “practice” sacrifice was actually the real thing, and that the ashes were collected and then distributed to trusted people around the Land of Israel. The preparations for the Temple service are advancing, which points us closer to the fulfillment of end-time prophecy and the coming of Messiah. Another situation to keep your eyes on.
As we watch all these events — political turmoil in America, war in Israel, global recognition of a Palestinian state, and Temple preparations — it is crucial for us as believers to stay awake and alert. We must remain steadfast in faith, clinging to the promises of God, and preparing our hearts for the days ahead.
