Shalom, everyone, I’m Monte Judah with Lion and Lamb Ministries, bringing you the latest Messianic World Update. Today’s date is Friday, March 20th of the year 2026.
We are now at day 21 of the ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, and the situation continues to intensify across multiple fronts. As we watch these events unfold, we must view them not only through the lens of geopolitics, but through the lens of Scripture and God’s prophetic plan for Israel and the nations.
Israel’s Operation Roaring Lion and the United States’ Operation Epic Fury are continuing with sustained air campaigns against Iran. This past week, Israel successfully targeted key Iranian leadership figures, further destabilizing the regime. Meanwhile, Iran remains defiant, though reports indicate severe degradation in both leadership cohesion and military capability.
The United States has now moved a Marine Expeditionary Unit into the Persian Gulf, signaling a potential shift in strategy. This deployment opens the door for decisive actions—particularly in securing the Strait of Hormuz and potentially neutralizing Iran’s oil export capabilities. Such moves could dramatically alter the balance of power in the region without permanently destroying infrastructure.
At the same time, U.S. bombers have carried out significant strikes against underground missile and drone facilities. Iran’s ability to wage sustained warfare is clearly diminishing. Their attacks have shifted from coordinated strikes to scattered, independent launches—often resulting in civilian casualties, including recent tragedies in Israel involving cluster munitions.
In Israel, the threat has expanded. Hezbollah has escalated its attacks from Lebanon, launching hundreds of rockets daily. Israel is responding with both airstrikes and ground operations, pushing to secure its northern border and protect its citizens. Despite the constant danger, morale in Israel remains remarkably strong, even as families spend extended time in bomb shelters preparing for the upcoming Passover.
From a prophetic perspective, we are reminded that Israel will endure great trials in the last days—what Scripture calls “the time of Jacob’s Trouble.” Yet we also know that the God of Israel is faithful to His covenant. He is watching over His people, and His purposes will prevail.
Inside Iran, the situation is deteriorating rapidly. Morale is collapsing, defections are increasing, and even civilians are assisting efforts against the ruling regime. Psychological operations have further weakened leadership resolve, exposing fear and instability at the highest levels.
Here in the United States, the situation is also complex. Reports of terrorism, political division, and investigations into corruption are increasing. These developments remind us that turmoil is not limited to the Middle East—it is global. As believers, we must remain grounded, discerning the times while keeping our trust in the Lord.
Yeshua told us to watch and be ready. These events should not cause fear among believers, but rather a renewed commitment to righteousness, truth, and obedience to God’s Word.
We are also seeing growing pressure on global systems—economic strain, rising oil prices, and geopolitical shifts that could reshape the nations. The Middle East may soon enter a new phase—one that could open the door for greater stability, but only after significant upheaval.
As we approach Passover, this is a powerful reminder of God’s deliverance. Just as He delivered Israel from Egypt, He will once again fulfill His promises to restore and redeem His people.

For the peace and protection of Israel
For wisdom for leaders
For the safety of our troops
For repentance and truth in our own nation
These are not ordinary times. These are days that call for faith, vigilance, and a return to the commandments of God.
