If an arms embargo against Israel is approved, the Oslo Accords would be null and void, which would also mean that Israel would not have to abide by the terms of that agreement.

The world's inability to distinguish between the actions of a democratic nation defending its citizens and those of terrorist organizations and their barbaric behavior is deeply troubling.
