In the Middle East, the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, a move that Israel, not being part of the ICC, has chosen to ignore. The US views these ICC actions as disruptive to international relations and is considering sanctions against the ICC leadership.

On a positive note, President Joe Biden successfully arranged a prisoner exchange with Russia, bringing back several Americans. This was a coordinated effort involving multiple nations, and it is a commendable achievement.
